How is shipping calculated?

Buyer is responsible for shipping. 
Shipping is done via Canada Post, I only ship to the U.S.A. & Canada at this
time, no international shipping, sorry!
The shipping charge is derived from a combination of factors,
including: weight, dimension, quantity, geographic location and method of
delivery. I do not have a flat rate for shipping
as I try my best to keep shipping as close to actual as possible.
If the shipping cost is a minimum of $3.00 more than what was charged
I will refund the difference.
Note: You must have items in your cart to calculate shipping.                        


Shipping is the following ways:

(to Canada): ~Canada Expedited Parcel (2 - 8 business days)
                     ~Canada Xpresspost (2 - 4 business days)
                     ~Canada Priority (2 - 4 business days)

(to the USA): ~Small Packet USA Air (5 - 8 business days)
                      ~Tracked Packet USA (8 - 17 business days)
                      ~Expedited Parcel USA (5 - 13 business days)
                      ~Xpresspost USA (3 - 12 business days)

note: I will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping.
or lost (if it is an error on my part I will re-send package
no charge at my cost, (for example: If I wrote the wrong address on the package.) 

Returns/Exchange/partial Refunds:

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For a Return or Exchange, all products must be unused, in original packaging,
in resalable condition.

Returns for Product Damaged in Shipping:

Damaged merchandise? No problem.
E-mail me immediately (within 3 days upon arrival) and I will instruct you on
how to return the parcel.
You must include the original shipping carton or I cannot accept the return.
Return postage for product damaged during shipping will be paid by me.
I reserve the right to refuse issuing credit for product and shipping costs
if I feel that the items were not actually damaged during shipping.
All returns must be sent by surface mail. We will not credit customers’
back for charges incurred for brokerage, courier, airmail etc. unless we
agreed to it when authorization was given. I will not accept
returns if items have been removed from the box, unless authorized.

Prepayment & Layaways:

I am more than happy to set up individual prepayment and layaway plans for customers providing the orders totals $200 USD before shipping & taxes - sale items are not included. Please contact me at collectiblezoo@yahoo.com to arrange a Pre-Payment plan.

Layaway payments can be made in 2-3 equal payments not exceeding a 3 month duration. Pricing of items at the time the layaway is set up is firm.
If a scheduled payment is declined, we will attempt to contact the customer once. If a payment is missed, we will cancel the layaway and put a credit note,
less a 35% restocking fee, on file for you to use towards a further purchase.
Layaway orders cannot be changed or extended. We agree to hold items for layaway orders and the customer agrees to all rules of the layaway agreement.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that funds are available.
